General Delivery Information
Your order is our top priority and we are thrilled to have you in the Ollie and Max family!
Allow 1-3 days for your order to be picked and packed, and then handed to Australia Post.
Online orders are not processed over the weekends or on NSW, Australia public holidays.
Our Delivery Window- Domestic (Australia)
For domestic delivery as we are posting from a regional area delivery will take 1-7 business days for metro areas and 2-7 business days for other regions. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on network activity. We recommend having your tracking number available so you can track your parcel's journey via the Australia Post website.
Our Delivery Window- International
We post internationally, and postage times will be calculated on the site via Australia Post.
International customers may be responsible for additional customs fees upon delivery.
