Please note, Australia Post is experiencing additional delays due to staff shortages and weather impacted areas.
We offer standard shipping (with free shipping for purchases AUD$180 and over) across Australia, including regional Australia, for easy and convenient shopping.
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Your order is our top priority and will be en route to you within a few days, however please note due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic we and Australia Post may experience delays within our delivery network.
Online orders are not processed over the weekends or on NSW public holidays.
A purchase receipt will be sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. Once your order has been shipped we will email you a shipment confirmation containing an Australia Post tracking number which can be used to track your order. Please contact us if you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails within 48 hours of purchase. Please note if your purchase is made on a public holiday or over a weekend your confirmation will be sent on the next business day.
