Online Returns Policy - Change of Mind
At Ollie and Max, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you’ve had a change of mind, we’re happy to offer a refund or store credit on most full-price items, provided the following conditions are met:
Our Returns Window
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Item Eligibility
Items must be in their original condition - unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
How to Request a Return

Email us at info@ollieandmax.com.au with your name, address, and order number.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Please note, return postage is at the customer’s expense.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, email info@ollieandmax.com.au and we’ll arrange the swap.
Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Once your item has been received and processed you will receive an email notification of your refund or store credit. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to finalise the transaction.
