Full payment for purchases must be received by Ollie & Max before shipping is processed.
Please remember we are a boutique company which is why you love our service. This also means we are human and have human time constraints. We endeavour to provide you with a speedy shipping service. Orders are posted Tuesdays and Thursdays, including Express Orders i.e. an Express Order placed on a Wednesday will be posted on a Thursday; an order placed on a Friday will be posted on a Monday. We thankyou for your patience if an item is temporarily out of stock. If your order is required for an important date i.e. a birthday or holiday departure, please notify us on your order form so we can ensure the correct delivery. Ollie & Max is dependant on Australia Post’s delivery schedule and we advise ordering with plenty of time up your sleeve.
Orders within Australia
Any purchases made within Australia will be shipped within 1–7 working days from the date of purchase, via Australia Post. Customers within Australia will be charged a proportional Australia Post rate according to the weight of their purchase and destination, which will be calculated and displayed during the check out process. Customers can choose between standard and express shipping, with or without insurance.
International Orders
Ollie & Max delivers worldwide via Australia Post-Air. Any purchases will be shipped within 1–7 working days from the date of purchase. Once lodging the customers parcel/s, Ollie & Max is dependant on Australia Post-Air delivery schedule. Customers may choose from several options (Standard, Express, Insurance etc) which are available during the check out process. Ollie & Max will not be held responsible for additional taxes and/or duties incurred by your country. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes and/or duties.
