By browsing, purchasing an item advertised on this Web Site and/or by completing the registration process to become “a member” of ollie & max, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and disclaimers contained within. ollie & max may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and any amendment will become effective immediately upon which you are bound.

Eligibility to Purchase

The purchase of products from ollieandmax.com.au is limited only to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance with the Australian law.
Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. When providing payment details, customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct.
ollieandmax.com.au is only available to customers who meet our terms of eligibility. Purchases made are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Amex, PayPal or Direct Transfer. Payment will be cleared from your account  depending on the relevant institutions processing times. Payment must be made before and order is considered completed. After payment is received an order will be delivered. The credit card you are using must be yours. All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, ollieandmax.com.au will not be held responsible for any non-delivery.
ollieandmax.com.au takes every reasonable precaution to make our site secure. SSL is used to encrypt and protect the data you send via the internet to ensure that your details are safe. We do not hold any payment details on record.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars.

Exchanges

If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange it for another size, please contact us at orders@ollieandmax.com.au for instructions on returning the garment.  Alternatively contact us on +61 2 9380 2513 within 7 days from the date of purchase for instructions on returning the garment. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the new size will be dispatched. Customer must bear both ways of the shipping charges. For domestic exchanges, a prepaid, self-addressed satchel must be inserted in the returned package. For international exchanges, please contact us for instructions.
If you receive a faulty product, please notify ollieandmax.com.au within 7 days and the item will be exchanged for you.
Please note that returned goods will only be accepted if you have contacted our office for our instructions on returning the garment.
We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check their product and try it on when it is received to ensure you are satisfied. Exchanges and refunds on faulty goods will not be permitted after 7 days from the date of purchase.
We offer an exchange but not refund on change of mind purchases.

Your privacy is important to us. Please note that all personal details provided will remain with ollieandmax.com.au on a private database for ollieandmax.com.au use only. Your details will not under any circumstances be distributed to third parties.
